The infamous pink goo!

How the flip are you supposed to get a two month old to take antibiotics?! And why the hell is it pink? It has become a power struggle between me and a tiny baby and I am ashamed to say that the baby is winning! There is pink goo all over her and me by the time we are done. I have tried everything! Shooting it way back in her mouth, blowing in her face, sneak attacks! She purses her lips when I get close to her with the syringe. I manage to get it in there and she spits it out. I bet only a quarter of a teaspoon gets in there. I never realized how much fluid is in one teaspoon either. Not to mention that the whole time I am fighting Nicco off because he thinks that his little sister is getting a special treat that he is not allowed to have. It has been awful! Two days down and eight damn days to go! I am tired just thinking about it.

Lola got shots!

We took Lola to her 2 month appointment yesterday. She is doing fantastic other than an ear infection. She is in the 73% for her height and the 69% for her weight. She has gained four pounds!! Little munch mouth! Makes sense- she eats every two hours or so. Fortunately her head size is in the 52%. I was worried because Nicco had a massive head when he was a little baby! Big and round.
